Real Voices, Real Impact: Our Clients Tell Their Stories

At Ryan Griffith Law P.C., we believe our clients deserve more than just a legal professional. They have every right to expect an attorney who truly cares about their case. That’s why we fight for the “little guy”, ensuring every person, athlete, property owner, and association we represent feels empowered to take action with confidence. The client testimonials below exemplify the difference we make, the lives we have changed, and the trust we continue to earn throughout California.

My family and I highly recommend Ryan Griffith as an attorney! Ryan represented us in a time of need, during a legal matter with a difficult defendant. His team was efficient and effective. We got the justice that we needed at an affordable cost. Ryan never represented that he was a miracle worker, but I often referred to him as one. You want justice? Then you want Ryan Griffith by your side.

We Can’t Be Grateful Enough
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“… Ryan Griffith Law took over a case that was already 3+ years in litigation due to some prior legal representation that left room for improvement. Ryan, Pamela, and Claire removed all of our worries and handled the case fantastically. Hard workers, reliable, responsive, and most importantly very competitive. We can’t be grateful enough for all their hard work and support…” D.P.

Best lawyer
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ryan helped us after terrible work on our association by our H.O.A. management company which resulted in mismanagement of storage units in our condominiums. He effectively countered their nonchalant approach to $70,000 waiting in their accounts for years without action and otherwise good communication to speed this money turn around for our members.

FIVE STARS TO RYAN GRIFFITH LAW!!

Grateful for Ryan and his staff!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I hired Ryan Griffith Law on behalf of my brother after he had been wrongfully implicated in a rather serious conviction but was now out on parole… No matter how many times I contacted Wallace Schwartz and their personal staff (that apart from court appearances, were always available) ideological differences left however small were put aside it was clear that Ryan Griffith Law puts their clients first no matter the issues that they face or perceive… Wallace was attentive & focused on solving our problem relieving us of perceived stress rather quickly… A.A.

Amazing

Ryan’s firm is amazing. He looks out for everyone involved from residents to associations. The cost is reasonable as well. Sure beats the rest of them… J.W.

Achieving Victory for the Underdog: Marcus James’ Success in Sports Law

When semi-professional basketball player, Marcus James, had his contract wrongly terminated, he turned to Ryan Griffith Law P.C. for legal representation. “I didn’t stand a chance against the sports team’s lawyers,” he says now. “Ryan and his team took me under their wing, went through all of my options with me, and fought with all that they had on my behalf. They were able to obtain for me not only a settlement to cover all of my lost wages and damages, but also my dignity back within the league.” Marcus’s case settled for six-figures, plus he has a new contract with another team. It’s cases like these that show how dedicated our firm is to fighting for athletes when the odds are against them.

Defending Dreams and Properties: Susan and David Lee’s Real Estate Victory

Facing a predatory buyout offer and a developer attempting to force them out of their San Francisco home, Susan and David Lee knew they needed someone on their side. “We were scared and confused, but Ryan Griffith listened patiently and explained our rights,” recalls Susan. Our attorneys quickly revealed zoning violations and spoke directly to the developer’s attorneys to negotiate a fair buyout so the Lees could find a way out peacefully. “Ryan’s hard work and knowledge of the law transformed our worst nightmare into a new beginning,” says David. We continue to fight for homeowners’ rights against predatory real estate practices.

Enhancing Your Community: Our Municipal Law Services

As a newly-elected city council member in a small Bay Area city, Maria Alvarez faced complex legal issues related to local ordinances and public funding. “Ryan Griffith Law P.C. ensured we were on the right track, from how we structure policy to when and how to secure legal advice,” Maria says. Thanks to our assistance, Maria’s city was able to implement new housing policies and prevent costly litigation. “When we stored money away and had questions on next steps going forward, the firm’s 24/7 availability and helpful advice were a godsend. I always knew my community was their first priority.” Our municipal law practice enables local governments to meet their residents’ needs with confidence.

Update: my first shot at keeping my website up to date failed. Most of the content uploaded there was tested old, old. So I began again, starting with our core value proposition in our client intake letter, which I just noticed got stolen word-for-word onto another law firm site. I’m not much of a fan of those sorts of lawyers. A couple other reflections: One of our hallmarks is doing pro bono work, and letting folks know that, by golly, if they’re in a courtroom, things have gotten serious and time is money. The implication is that you don’t get court times on people’s calendars every day for no good reason. I’d add to that now: Don’t be dissuaded by difference. Regardless of how it presents, whether it is cultural or language or racial or class, some lawyers just “look” like they’re unworthy of your time. Period. That’s prejudice, and our society can do without it-especially in an office environment full of clinically trained lawyers wanting (at least on some level) to help clients. Avoid these prejudice-inducing agencies like the plague: headhunters. As a field organization, we consume senior management time for the purposes of consensus leadership. Given our management style-by the way, this applies as well as to trustees (one crusty judge from down south said before taking my pro bono case, “krumes, you ain’t exactly what I think is a lawyer.” “Bounders,” just as bad) draw us like flies to honey. I don’t put a great deal of tractor beam emphasis into getting web scouts involved with our cases. We pretty much keep them uninvited and unknown until enough major participants are already on board, individuated, and living well. I’ll also confess that I work awfully hard on message because we make a lot of leadership decisions based upon those issues where lawyering becomes a social endeavor as much as a legal one. A word to this last: from an employment standpoint and with respect to organizational structure and process engineering-definition tools change fast and improvement bands do not stand still; if you’ve yet to get a spanking new PhD for profit maximization monitoring your human assets (the short attention span teams we call “clerks” have an appeal to me sometimes), dogs coming on development proposals are usually very efficacious events. If you’re bar licensed and otherwise authorized to practice law, you are not too important or distinguished to get blasted out of house and home by the sweeper if someone you are responsible for crosses cords with somebody way more powerful. Show me strategies that have worked.
