Ryan Griffith Law P.C. is a firm established by Ryan Griffith, Esq. an attorney licensed in California and the District of Columbia to assist his individual and small business clients. Ryan Griffith’s primary role is as the lead attorney at Bay Area Receivership Group. He is an expert in the field of receiverships and has assisted Cities and Counties throughout the state regarding the Receivership process codified at Health and Safety Code section 17980.6 and 17980.7. A few of the professional accomplishments he has obtained include being named the Solano County Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year in 2013. Being named to the Jesse Carter Honor Society at Golden Gate University School of Law for finishing in the top 12% of his law school class. Scoring so high on the California Bar Exam that he was granted admission to the District of Columbia Bar without having to take the D.C. Bar. Finally in 2020 he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
A few of Mr. Griffith’s prior positions include working as Neighborhood Law Attorney for the City of Vallejo, working for several real estate litigation law firms, and opening the Oakland Office for the municipal law firm of Silver & Wright. As mentioned above he is currently the lead attorney for Bay Area Receivership Group one of the leading receivership companies in the State of California.
Mr. Griffith however, enjoys assisting individuals and small businesses in litigation matters. To that end he formed Ryan Griffith Law P.C. in 2020. He founded his firm to help the little guy fight against those that would try and take advantage of them.
